• We recently reviewed a case, where the driver had indicated on his logs, he had a co-driver in his truck.  That same co-driver was found to have received a roadside inspection the day prior in another state -almost 900 miles away after we compared other documents provided by the motor carrier

• We recently reviewed a case in which a dispatcher was allowing a driver to use a known false ID as a "ghost co-driver" to drive -while logging that he was in the sleeper berth - and had done this for nearly 130+ straight hours -without rest prior to his involvement in a collision that injured multiple persons -which we figured out by comparing reports and data from multiple sources. 

• We recently reviewed a case involving a collision between a semi-truck and motorist.  We learned that during our review that the video camera in our client's truck did in fact actually record the collision -and showed the motorist had  failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with our client's truck.  This presented a completely different version than what was presented and turned a potentially long case into a very short one after we presented it to the plaintiff's attorney
